The Application may allow You to purchase virtual coins, chips, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items") for use within the Service. Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes, and are licensed to You on a limited, non-transferable, revocable basis for entertainment purposes only. Success in the Application does not imply future success in actual gambling. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant Application Store.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or content ("Third-Party Content") that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Content. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to You. In such cases, exclusions will apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Company's entire liability, and Your exclusive remedy, for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 100 USD if You have not made any purchase.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its Affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your use of the Service; (b) Your breach of these Terms; (c) Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any harmful act directed at another user through the Service.
By using the Service, You consent to receive communications from the Company electronically, and You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Country, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of Your country of residence.
If You have a concern or dispute, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the Company at the address below. EU consumers may also access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms may be made available to You in translation. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the original English text shall prevail.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined at the Company's sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
