Information from In-App Purchases. If You make purchases of virtual items through the Application, purchase data (such as transaction ID, amount, and purchased item) is processed by the relevant Application Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store Your payment card details; these are handled entirely by the Application Store.
Age and Eligibility Data. Because the Service is intended for users aged 18 and older, We may collect or verify age-related information to confirm eligibility to use the Service, consistent with applicable law. This eligibility requirement is separate from, and does not replace, the age threshold described in the Children's Privacy section below.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Note: this section addresses the collection of children's data under COPPA and is separate from the Service's 18+ eligibility requirement described in Section 3, Eligibility and User Representations of the Terms of Use — the Service itself is restricted to adults, but this clause covers the rare case of data submitted despite that restriction.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (analytics providers, advertising networks, crash-reporting tools, and cloud hosting providers), to provide the Service on Our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist Us in analyzing how our Service is used. We use Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, improve functionality, and diagnose technical issues. Firebase may collect Usage Data and device identifiers on Our behalf. The information gathered by Firebase is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the Service. AdMob may use Your Advertising ID and other Usage Data to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to You, and to measure ad performance, in accordance with applicable law and, where required, Your consent. The information gathered by AdMob is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage ad personalization through Your Device's advertising settings.
Depending on Your location, You may have the right to: access the Personal Data We hold about You; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of Your data; object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
